We have November and December(with its Holidays), then January and February of 28days. Rank: Member Joined: 3/17/2009 Posts: 201		Elections can be held in March 2013. so UHURU and Ruto will not be on the ballot technically as the GOVT under MK will create delays to make it technically impossible for UHURU N RUTO to vie so MM will be made the president.
