Hello do anyone know of this group calling itself Africa Advance Investment Group? They claim to be selling plots and before i jump into the bud wagon and be skinned alive i do some inquiries.

Email:
"Here are the plots I was telling you about. This development is between Isinya and the Konza ICT park, two of the cities fastest growing real estate opportunities. The by-pass road connecting the two is slated to be completed in the next few years, and anyone whose been in Kenya recently knows that the gava is not joking when it talks about road construction. The plots are suitably located on the 2nd row (not right on highway) which makes them ideal residential plots. They are in the process of putting up a perimeter fence around them - the advantage of the planned community being that you won't buy a plot next to a guy who puts up a slum. They will also grade the internal roads and each 1/8 acre will have a title. Individuals can also purchase 1/4, 1/2 or 1 acres and get them allocated together or separately as per preference. A group could buy a bunch of plots next to each other either for use together or for reselling later. They believe prices will continue climbing with the high demand in that segment of the market and to shoot up as soon as road construction begins. The intro offer for each 1/8 acre is 200k (I anticipate this might go up as fence and roads are completed). My encouragement is you market 1/4 acre lots to your friends.

They also have another development in progress close to this one that's higher end - plots will likely be in minimum of 1/4 acre lots with intro price somewhere between 500-800k each (they're still working out if they will sell prepackaged house designs with them which would change this pricing completely). This 2nd development is located between the by-pass and a beautiful hotel (marked 'new hotel' in the map below), and I will send you that info as soon as it's complete.

The group that owns this property has a CEO as well as a lawyer so it's legitimate. The titles are clean."
