Sync is short for synchronize.
My be it's just me but the words/sound on ntv come out long after the presenter is done talking.

Stop watching TV from those horrible chinese tv-phones (ama ilikuwa black and white Greatwall).For as little as kes.3500 u can a get a good quality colored tv East of Moi Avenue.
