What would be the best in terms of attractiveness the roofing pitch (slope) for a 4-bedroom maisonette?

using what roofing materials, tiles iron sheets or shingles,anyway unless you have structural drawings that have trusses sizes shown with measurements of various kingpost calculated to a given angle adopted normally the fundis get the height of the kingpost by dividing the length of the truss by four which translates to roughly 25-26 degrees pitch which normally is okay and avoids confusion for them

better visit upper estates like karen runda, steal the desighn but not the cost. In my personal opinion clay tiles lasts long and add value to the house

MtuBlack- I do not have the structure set up but wanted to research for everything b4 starting. Tnx anyway.

Coloner - me too i start seeing clay attractive and i visualize a somehow steep slope brown clay to have a very attractive outcome. Do you have any idea about the cost and the margins compared to coated, uncoated mabatis. Not forgetting the truss and labour.
