Cornerstone One Enterprises Juja Farm Plots

I want to buy one of the plots being sold at Juja Farm East Block 2281 (Catholic H)at 250,000 for 60 by 80. Just need to know if this CornerStone One Enterprises selling the plots are genuine before I even go for site visit because otherwise it will be a waste of time.

Anyone who has dealt with them before? Are they genuine? The plots don't have titles as the mother title is yet to be spilt, what they give you is a certificate, see.....

Advice please.

All I know is its Juja Farm East Block 2281 (Catholic H) just past Juja Farm, I bet there is a catholic church. Just needed to know the authenticity of CornerStone One Enterprises before I go for the site visit.
