There was this device that was to be used to curb rape(was on news sometimes back),the device was to be inserted in a woman thingy and incase of rape,the mans penis inakamatwa na kutolewa ni hosi period,coz it had spikes that would make the device stick to the penis,question is are they available localy because i have never heard of them since then.
