Our Client an international pharmaceutical company is looking to establish its presence in Kenya and especially in Nairobi and its environs; We are have been tasked with looking for shops or chemist in prime areas to establish the above, the shops should have be of at least 100 sq. ft. and rent should be around Kshs 70,000 or thereabout, goodwill should not exceed Ksh 3 m, where applicable, apart from shops in Nairobi CBD. These are the areas we are looking for shops: Nairobi CBD, Kitengela, Mlolongo, Kayole, Huruma, Mathare, Githurai, Kahawa Sukari, Kasarani, Kibera, Dagoretti, Kawangware, Rongai, Kiserian, Kangemi.
