I have just watched this man destroy a field of elite runners!!! How do you lead an elite field by 30 metres in an 800 metres race? I was on my feet when he was finishing. I could see the world record going!!!

Rudisha will definitely break the record in the London games. I am accepting bets!!! Anyone interested?
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Casino Royale was no. 22 and then I dont remember if Quantum of solace was released. It was to be no. 23.

Watched Roger Moore's The Man With the Golden gun of 1974 and it was Very nice to date. So many "James Bonds" have since acted.

Kenyan David Rudisha gave his absolute all to pull it out of the bag in the 800m, but he was 53 hundredths of a second off the pace. His compatriot Sammy Tangui played the role of pacesetter during the first lap, so as to get the world record man into orbit, but it wasn’t enough. In a time of 1'01''54, Rudisha nevertheless beat the Meeting Areva record (held by André Bucher since 2001) and his own personal best this year. Spaniard Antonio Reina (1'45''62) and Kenyan Alfred Yego (1'45''58) complete the podium.

another one to watch is pamela jelimo she ran 600meters in 1.23.35.thats incredibly fast in fact she is the 4th fastest of all time over the distance

considering the world record for women in 200 meters is 21.34 thats means if jelimo were to run 30 seconds in the last 200 meters her time 1.53.35 would nearly equal the world record 1:53.28 set in 1983 for the women 800 meters

this will be a very fast olympics

I told you So!!!

Very proud of this man!!!

Very proud to be Kenya.

The excution was extra ordinary. Leading from the start - no pace setters - and breaking the 50 year old olympics record and in the process breaking his own world record!!!
