The only way he can win is by painting his opponents as non-starters 'pundas'(Karua, Kenneth, Tuju) or enemies of reform(UK, WSR, WMM). I bet he is more keen to paint himself as the reformist Kenya needs thus he wouldn't pick someone with a questionable past like HK or FB.
