The airstrip has been idle for over 20 years, Booker Academy has been running on it's own since 2008,the houses are in a serious state of disrepair and I can't see what they will do with them, many employees left on their own and so there is no workforce to reduce while the bottling plant stopped production about 4 years ago. In a nutshell, this proposals are nothing but UTTER RUBBISH.

Within the same period, those useless directors took home a cool 38 million for doing nada.
