ARM is under administration and it's about liquidity. Sadly, other firms that gobble taxpayer funds keep on getting bailouts eg KQ - KES 100,000,000,000+ down the crapper Uchumi Mumias EAPCC - Positive equity but it has a liquidity problem NBK And many more including unlisted GoK firms! Unless the DPP/EACC has solid proof, he will go free. #ThisIsKenya He must have started cleaning up as soon as he knew he was going to lose the election. Use the money to buy something better... That way atleast you can hedge against your losses in Mumias... The funny part is some cartels import sugar and then repackage it as mumias I'm sure even the farmers in western Kenya have moved on to other crops... Move on brother...
