Just read architects response on gigiri and kile and how the prices get overpriced. Two questions
1, These houses advertised by Jamii Bora - Kaputei gardens - at 1.5m for 3 bedroom.What are they using to build or how do they get to be so cheap?
2, I am credit unworthy (oh the joys of a credit card!) but i have a little money . I need to buy 1 acre where i can put up at least 8 bungalows that can give me a rent of approx 12000 each. Any idea how i can achieve this. I have to rely on that as i cannot work do to matters beyond my control. I will really appreciate a solution

the last time i checked those houses were on a migration corridor and kws director was very protestant of the investment. but maybe they resolved the issue. LOVE WHAT YOU DO, DO WHAT YOU LOVE.
