"GUEST" FOLLOWING MY EVERY MOVE

I have noticed that there is a "Guest" who has been following every wazua thread that I open.
I have just opened an old thread from and this Guest was listed as one of the people also viewing the thread.
Who can it be? NSIS?

I just opened this one: http://www.wazua.co.ke/f...aspx?g=posts&t=2914 It was last active in April 2009 and "Guest" was there after a re-fresh! Kenyans want to know who this "Guest" is!
