There could be no use of constititution if they dont change the mentality of stealing and getting rich quick with public money.Why cant they set a rule and a jail term for all these politicians who are super rich with public money .They should put it into writing now that if you practice corruption in a public office..you should be ready to surrender the paliamentary seat while you await jail term just like US..Changing the constititution should mean empowering people and taking all power from these hungry dogs in Kenyan Paliament.Imagine someone like Ruto is denying selling a public land..while the money he still keep the money he stole?WHAT A SHAME??Well so is many others we read from news everyday..Kenyan media does a superb job of reporting but nothing is being done the judicial system died long time ago..we live in a world of 10 Kenyan billionaires and tens of millions of poor destitutes.The constititution should be there to benefit Mwananchi but not politicians.......Who cares strong PM or President they had,had enough power and time destroying the country with their selfishness of creating non exististing government they should be stripped their power to nothing...................
