Lets discuss this in a sane and sober way lest we attract the wrath of Lady Admin.

At first glance Joho is probably right. The members of KPA board were legally appointed. Most represent other arms of govt on the board i.e AG's, Min of Transport, Min of Finance etc.

Considering they are all from one community what does that say about our government?

My sober Quiz is,will u convince groups such as MRC that this are professionals meritoriously nominated from other Government bodies.

Sometimes we shoot ourselves on the foot with this tribal bigotry thing of bealiving only your close confidantes can hold sensitive posts.I can rant and rant but i dont want to be usered.

While it is true that you can't please anybody, Kibaki's appointments have been the biggest disappointment of the post-Moi Kenya.

You may have some bright fellows doing the job but so long as they're from 1 tribe, the rest are bound to feel cheated.

Even in corporate recruitment, it doesn't just stop at the best academically qualified candidate - other factors MUST come into play. Gava needs to follow suit, and not just KPA.
