Hon. Mudavadi wishes to appeal to ODM members and Kenyans that he is making a considered assessment of the situation and will soon issue a comprehensive statement on the matter.

how does the above statement imply that "MM mulls quiting ODM"???? It is very early guys.

LOL funny but truth is,there is what we call the 'kenyan politician's language' which citizens use to decode/predict an outcome and their guesses are not always far from the truth.

Seems MM is decided on quitting ODM to avert a situation where he would be party-less when its too late to catch any other bus. He could also be fearing that he may lose the nominations to Raila fairly. Tough choices for him!

What happens tp MM if he pulls out of ODM only for G2 to change their minds? They have done so before...

Likely scenario, another mistake coming his way, remember these guys know the guy cannot even secure a by-election in Western, was a VP who was then beaten for an mpig position!!!

.....on the other hand, what if Raila has decided on a different running mate from MM???

I can bet he has....he has been courting Wetangula and i think his calculation is if Musalia bows out Wetangula will fill his shoes.

By the way, I am seeing a Musalia presidency

This is bounded rationality by ODM . Do you think. Jak and co will get RAO any votes outside Luo Nyanza .
Peace be with you

More than once in Kenya's history the unlikely candidate ended up becoming the president. Moi by some stroke of lack succeeded Kenyatta against the wishes of the Mt. Kenya Mafia (the power brokers of the time) and Kibaki courtesy of a fallout in KANU, succeeded Moi.

Will MM become the next prezi according to this script?

@Mc, From 2005 to 2010, was this not known?

This is a confirmation that nobody is listening! The constitution can only be amended by the NDC, but the dealine for registration under the political parties act is two weeks away! Many are obsessed with Raila to notice such simple facts. Its like Raila can amend a whole party constitution just by making a phone call. In any case, it should be a good thing to Raila opponents if he loses MM. Strange, isnt it? That Raila opponents complain about the same things that they claim will finish Raila!
