I would like to suggest thet there is NOT necessarily a relationship between a Pig's performance and the amount of noise (s)he makes in that Pigsty.

How can Mutava aspire for an higher seat when he has proved to be useless for the past few months he has been an MP. Where is the verve and energy he used to have when he was a crusader of the constitution review process?

The MPigs are present only that they are eating. Someone said the best way to deal with a Kenyan pig is to stuff so much food into his mouth. That way they can't talk and will just follow your demands. These guys don't talk but vote depending on which side has oiled their palms.
