...I am watching the unveiling of the draft constitution and The speaker is not in attendance. He has send his apologies because he is attending to other important matters. The AG spoke on his behalf..

...Shit...!!! what other important matters? Arresting Felicien Kabuga?. We will never get our priorities right...
