Wasn't he involved in that cemetery project?

The case is still in court and we don't know for a fact how much he was involved.

Nontheless; given these choices whom would you prefer?

1] Kidero - a respected big corporate CEO, but with no public sector experience (can he navigate the many political interests).

2] Kisia - an ex-private sector operative with a dismal performance record as head of the present City Council

3] Gakuo - a career public sector executive with an excellent record of performance including running the City Council but with question regarding the new cemetery land.

Chaguo ni lako....

At the point when Gakuo was being replaced, I remember one Mudavadi saying that the issue of performance should not be the only basis of extending his term. He mentioned that there are so many people who can equally perform. However, if we compare the performances of Kisia and Gakuo, it is plain for all to see who is better in that regard. As far as curruption is considered, it is another kettle of fish.

So; Kisia has no corrupt deal as far as we know, but he has ruined the city due to his incompetence.

Gakuo is suspected of stealing money through the cemetery deal, but he fixed a lot of thing that had died.... council clinics, roads, public parks, lighting the estates (including the slums - which adopt-a-light wanted to lay claim on) etc.

Which would you prefer as Governor?

Gakuo for Gorvenor ! Thirded. The Kisia guy cannot qualify even a councillor position.
He is a total embarrassment and shame.
