I'm looking to buy and hold afew US stocks which I consider are going at bargain prices.

I would appreciate of someone can suggest the best online broker. I'm looking to hold for about 2-3 years,and dividends,if any,to be credited to my stocks account. Also are there other requirements for non-residents?

Any helpful info much appreciated
