A sterotypical title if there was one, but I think I'll benefit from Wazuans thoughts on the matter. Especially after I read @MuchNo scathing description of a much touted woman manager who featured on top 40 under 40.

I'm just dealing with the word
MORE here rather than
EVERY woman or man for that matter. Because, on an average day I think most would agree:
- more women are emotional or calculating
- more women prefer male subordinates
- more women prefer law, marketing, HR
Just as:
- more men beat their chests and 'know-it-all'
- more men find it hard to listen to a woman
- the business world is a man's domain
So, if you allow, on an average day in Kenya, would one be better off with a woman or male top 40 under 40 boss?
