caught the guy on telly yesterday and he was succinct.
he has held several top ministerial posts including finance so he understands govt workings
no mud thrown at him has really stuck
he comes from a diverse community which has several contenders so he wont grow head...homogeneous support leads to dictators
laid back enuff not to antagonise anyone..good for the economy

I may be wrong..but then I could be right

Mud slinging aside, and NO I am not from Nyanza or Western!

I've always thought his legacy stems from sins of the father,
and President Moi's succession project did not help.
He seems brash and hot tempered,
and untested at leadership.
Before even Hague saga...

But I have to give credit where it is due,
his handling of the Ministry of Finance docket,
made me seem him anew.

I want a president who wont allow Mzungus to ply his and our boots. Uhuru comes in handy as the sure fire to deal with the Mzunyes.

By the way, I would not have minded Amolo but he has too much in his closet. For instance, why was Obama supporting Amolo?

http://www.wnd.com/2008/10/77508/

The former Orange Democratic official reported abandoning the party and opposing Odinga because of concerns Odinga had manipulated tribal violence in Kenya to gain political power.

During Corsi’s trip to Kenya, WND also confirmed the role of the anonymous party source in implementing an Odinga campaign strategy which the source claimed was shared with Obama’s Senate office. The strategy is described in a document titled “Executive Brief on the Positioning and Marketing of the Orange Democratic Movement & ‘The People’s President.’”

Ditto.
I dont want someone who knows govt workings (read steals)!
Obama said that he may not how Washington (read the whitehouse) operates, but he was sure as hell that the way Washington operates need to be changed!

MM gave a good account of himself. He however scored badly on CCN Clerkship by replacing a performer with a non-perfomer. He has not even bothered to correct the mistake. Na cemetery saga. Hapo alingóa na kura yangu ikaenda hivyo!

MM is level headed. I feel he is also misunderstood since he is not loud. He sounded solid on Citizen. I personally rank him high, some mistakes like CCN can happen, I will forgive him for that. I also hate noisemakers, they tend to achieve very little.
