I have always assumed that Kenyan honey is 100% pure. I cannot see any business sense in adding anything to a substance that is already very sweet and self-preserving.... and costs almost nothing to manufacturer!
Some people think that suppliers add sugar to honey. Well, I have no evidence to prove or disprove that; but I would think that any supplier adding anything to honey is an idiot... the stuff will cost you more if you tray to put additives!
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.
