I have differed with githu on almost all past decisions but this one i support him as a true democrat...on the posta deal and now konza let ndemo swallow his pride,forget any promised commisions and advertise the same to the highiest bidders.no brother no sister.

what some guyz in government want is to speculate with the land get allocated some land then sell it at the usual kenyan crazy land prices if these happens then no serious investors will even bother buying land at triple the price of putting up the buildings and cost of starting up
