Nguyai, Nguyai

This guy seems to have been the missing link. Through out UK defence, there was nothing tying him to Mungiki until this man Nguyai screwed everything. Nguyai claim to have met mungiki who wanted him to introduce them to UK brought doubts which is what was required to confirm the case. Worst still the Guy did not report them to the police but went ahead to give them money purported to be school fees. Now this Guy was a very close ally of Uk which means UK could have contributed some money they he gave them hence financed the perpetrators

On the other hand, Ocampo will have to restructure his case since with out Hussein Ali, the idea of a network between UK, FM & HA to allow Mungiki to carry out revenge attacks with out police interference is invalid

seconded.

After watching uhuru witness, it was a foregone case that he would walk free. But when nguyai was introduced, the defence kind of muddled its own case after a stellar performance.

Nguyai is not to blame, the queens counsel is to blame.

Remember Nguyai saying that Mungiki referred to Uhuru as the boss. At that point he was screwed.

Nguyai is partially to blame! I agree! nkt! I honestly believe UK was innocent. But anywa there had to be a sacrificial lamb atleast for Kenyan to learn the hard way. So they appeal, chances r that the case will be so baseless! Uk should have sourced better witness! nkt!

If I were him, I would go for kenyan lawyers, he should consider tapping Oraro. This foreign lawyers are as useless as Ocampo when it comes to understanding things in the Kenyan context.

ICC being the political court it is would not have released Uhuru even if Nguyai did not appear since that would have meant releasing someone from the other side.

Surely he doesn't need lawyers who understand the Kenyan context... after all he is being tried in front of judges that are NOT Kenyan.
