Hi team.
To design a house & take it through the approval process, whats the average cost?
Thats for places like Thka/Ruiru.
I'm also made to understand that its got to be stamped by
1. Helothi
2. Civil engineer
3. Public works
4. Kanju.
5. Quantity surveyor
6. Artichect
have i forgoten anyone?
On average, how much do i budget for?

In Ruiru, it costs kitu 20k.
You start at Public Health Office (5k)
then proceed the council (15k)
