Windows phone 7 issues

Hey Wazuans,
Happy new year.
I recently got a phone as a Christmas present, its a HTC 7 Trophy running on a Windows Phone 7 OS. its a great phone by all means, but my issue with it is that I cannot access my SIM card menus eg. Mpesa, and other Safcon menus.

I went to the Safcon Customer care at Sarit yesterday and one of their attendants told me that it doesnt have the Sim Tool Kit and hence cannot access those menus.

I know there might be a way out and am sure someone somewhere has a solution for this issue..
Are there any Gurus in the house who can help me out with this issue coz am sure these Safcon customer service guys just brushed me off coz they didnt want to think..

any help??

its true, Windows Phone 7 does not have STK, add your voice here
