just thinking if Aden Mohamed got the KRA job would it affect share price of the barclays bank?

Aden knows that Barclays (kenyan operation)is not going anywhere regardless of the person leading it going forward. The local banks have come out strongly and the banking industry may not be lucrative in future.
Having reported 13.5B profit (through sale of assets) he does not want to be associated with any decline in profitability and hence he is willing to take any job including a parastatal head.

Been wondering whats behind its sudden surge in price. I think its a sell at current price for those who were lucky to pick it at 11,a christmas present! @SufficientlyP

If Aden Mohamed gets the KRA job will he quit as the Barclays MD? Or he can hold both jobs together?
