kabati thika road land for sale

I have a 1/4 acre i am selling at kabati. it seven kms from thika high way the road is marked for construction. asking price 300k with clean title

hey lock exactly where in kabati since 7 kms of the thika highways is no longer kabati. is it mitubiri or makenji? sema bwana

That could be Múrúka, ama its Gíkono? I'm 300k is on the higher side. I sold a half an acre @ 200k the other day
