If its unlimited and you use it to download a lot of stuff then its cheap. But if you just use it for chatting,facebook and e-mail then cyber it's cheaper.

Airtel stopped the 50 bob per day unlimited internet. They now only have monthly unlimited at sh 3250.
Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.
