Whilee I will b be the last to say the 3 guys showed any'passion' in their interviews, its very difficult and I thnk wrong to disqualify guys on that basis wrong.ama there's a particular candidate (Omo...ni)being fought for? Interesting debate in parliament tho.Pray

I agree, this "passion" thing needs to be nipped in the bud lest it become another "stepping aside" either you resign or you are suspended anything else is called taking leave.
In a place where thought is abandoned, freedom can become a curse.

Passion is a legitimate element that should determine eligibility of any candidate in whatever responsiblity. It is the indicator of drive, zeal, enthusiasm and therefore the desire and determination for results. Unfortunately it is completely subjective and not necessarily equal to the verbosity of an individual.
