– Sudan has now ordered Kenya’s ambassador to leave the country after a Kenyan judge issued an arrest warrant for President Omar al-Bashir

very sad and unfortunate..

Problems can get out of proportion, and not only in the wee small hours. Don't let the problems eclipse the Master. Let the Master eclipse the problems.

Very unfortunate given how important Khartoum is to us, and our general well-being.

Why is it sad and unfortunate? Am I missing something here?

This ruling by Ombija is a testimony that our judiciary is truly becoming independent thanks to the new constitution that Bashir himself came to witness the promulgation. Sad for him he did not know he would be a victim of the widening democratic space following the promulgation of the new constitution!
That said Khartoum has more to lose than Kenya following the turn of events. Their hope to seek solace from arab spring by joining East Africa community is now gone with the wind

Must still be very slow then. Some kind soul please spell it out for me.

A Kenyan Court makes a sound finding on law and issues an Order. Khartoum (or rather Bashir) over reacts. Kwani what did they expect? For the Kenyan Judiciary to find that Kenya should not obey her own laws?

I honestly do not get how that is sad and or unfortunate.

Dont they differentiate between an independent Judiciary and the Executive.May be they should have waited for the Executives reaction to the ruling before reacting. So is sudan n Bashir one and the same thing?reminds me of the moi days where the president is the country and any affront to him is to the country.Huh.
