This happened in mandera after the truck stepped on an explosive suspected to be planted by the outlawed al-shabaab group.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

IED (Improvised Explosive Device). The bane of Americans in Afghanistan and in Iraq. This is one reason why Kenya bought Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles (MRAPS) from S.A - for transporting the majeshi.
IEDs could be a pointer of nvolvement of oreign fighters from the middle east. some can be detonated by a cell phone...Pray
