tanzania has great potential but they are yet to make use of their resources. they have to take care of basics first before thinking of becoming the economic giants in EA. First electricity is a problem secondly they are not encouraging foreign investors for example accessing land in tanzania is next to impossible they are suspicious of all foreigners.

It's only funny until one day we see the Tanzanian economy zoom past. The joke will be on us.
