I find it so fake that we attend all this professional seminars...where wazees keep telling us...about ethical standards we should maintain blah blah and yet our industry is so full of double standards.

if professionals were adhering to guidelines...we would not be having the ridiculous professional fees are charging for services. whatever happened to CAP 525?


So I wonder..why should I not advertise my architectural, quantity surveying or civil engineering services?? Noone is adhering to professional fees guide anyway

We need to get rid of these colonial restrictions and move on! Lets educate the public about our role in the industry.
