If someone steals land from you or your mother, he or she does not deserve to live to enjoy the spoils. Start working day and night on how to dispatch him/her to the next world so that he/she does not enjoy the fruits of his/her loot. That is called fair game. Things to do with heaven will be dealt with when we get there, if we ever get there.
Those who steal land from relatives even when they have been given their share are evil incarnate. Destroy them, but also make sure the bad seed is wiped out as their off-springs might come after you.
So, here is one strategy, Join Al Shabaab, acquire some grenades and an AK47, come back to the disputed land, mow the idiots down, go for five years on leave and reduce weight to size8, come back and settle down. Game shot.
