Please also advice me where one can get a good laptop and the best make.

He has finally met his kid. And she is in class 8! He is just trying to be a good dad albeit belatedly. Alot of catching up to do. I hope he doesn't start a "Where can I buy genuine KCPE exams" thread next week.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
