I need to negotiate with a contractor on repairs/maintainance i.e connectivity is down/ data or voice ports failing..LAN/WAN network that is already in place....that supports about 50 clients...how do they charge.....I need quality service......but a fee thats not obscene!!... How do I quantify or qualify these works?...or ...Justify their invoices?
