Opportunity to buy land in Juja Farm while it's still affordable.
More info;
1. am not a broker nor land owner, just throwing this into the limelight
2. block of land there was subdivided to individuals into 3.25 acre pieces each with title. Any willing to sell asks for between 1.5M to 5M depending on the location and distance from the main road.
3. it is exactly 10km off thika highway at Juja town
4. Road from Juja town(on thika highway) to juja farm is earmarked for tarmacking
5. Each piece can produce 40 pieces of 40X80 and access roads
Anyone interested to join hands to get the 3.25acre for later subdivision?

How much would a 1/8 acre in this area go for? Title available. There is also water and electricity but I'm not sure about the kind of soil. Please advise.

@Tara The soil in this area is mainly black cotton. The cost of an eighth ranges from 150k to 500k depending on the location and proximity to amenities like water and electricity. I have a some eighths near Juja farm shopping center and if interested call me on 0732998848.
