What is covered?
SalamaSure covers injury or loss of life resulting from
an accident regardless of the cause and nature of the
accident. This includes:-
• Accidental loss of life
• Accidental permanent total disability
• Medical expenses incurred as a result of accidental
injury
• Last expense incurred for funeral arrangements
• Cost of artificial appliance



What do you need to get your claim paid?
• Report the claim at any of the UAP offices
near you - our offices are located in most
towns in Kenya.
• Alternatively, dial *827# using your Safaricom
line and select ‘’Report a Claim” then follow the
simple instructions given.
You may also complete a claim form (available at
our offices and website) and attach the following:
• Medical reports and hospital bills for
reimbursement of medical expenses
incurred and paid by you following
accidental injury
• Police abstract following a car accident, theft
attack or burglary. All such incidents must be
reported to the police as soon as practically

• Doctors report in the event of Permanent
Total Disability claim
• Death notification and the Identification
