Hi Wazuan's I am interested in analysing the court ruling (chief magistrate Mutembei) ruling in the two uchumi insider trading cases. If any of you has a copy of this ruling or even the court trascript, let me know. I wonder whether any appeal was prefered by the prosecutors or even CMA on this
