We are looking for a good doctor as family doctor. I'm based in Nairobi and we haven't been seeing any specific doctor. Any referral/s is very welcome.

That is a very blinkered view of what primary care doctors provide. Admittedly, most Kenyans have no concept of the difference between primary and secondary care. Hence the mistaken belief that all women should be seen by a gynaecologist all the time or all children by a paediatrician all the time irrespective of their medical condition. There is a family practice service at Aga Khan Hospital , Nairobi which has a good model of primary care. That is a good place to start. I presume the HMO type care is not what you're after.
