Who is selling or can refer me to someone who is selling some land in Thika town or its environs.My requirements are as follows;

*Within a radius of <5kms from Thika town i.e Thika cbd
*Not <1 and not >3 acres.
*Please don't inflate prices immorally
*Those with offers please post...

@maish, hard to get anything larger than 1ac within 5km of Thika CBD. The cheapest 40*80 plot may be at least 400k. For an acre, do the math.
