Give credit where it is due...i have read in the papers that that ministry's tackling of land issues has greatly improved since jimmy, he of the 'mageuzi' fame (how he and other young turks used to be my heros) entered that office. May be may be not. I have also seen lawyers and heard people complain of corruption and evils in that ministry. In my view, jimmy's ministry is among the most sensitive in kenya. I know there is a wazuan who works in the former shell/bp house and jimmy frequents there. If i was to appraise the ministry, i'd give it a C for effort/good intentions but when on real effectiveness, a D+ is fair. I was expecting him to streamline land operations, digitize and cetralize records, and reduce turn around times for all land related issues. Whats your take? Lets give honest, sober ideas how to make jimmy's ministry better. Who knows, our views may just reach him and he act. Little or no politics please.
