I have come to a conclusion that Mutula is holding himself hostage by trying to be fair to either side of the coalition,if his words 'I will make sure we form the local tribunal,however if the cost is to split Kenya,then I will not do it'.are to be trusted then as a nation we are doomed,Mutula is just playing safe,if i may quote one famous being i just lost his name,he said 'i dont know the formula for success but what i do know is the formula for failure is certainly trying to please everyone',the Hague option is just bogus as the cases are unlikely to qualify to be heard at the ICC,what do you think is the way forward??
