After watching the events preceding the 2007 elections, and the present ICC proceedings, I have been left with no other conclusion but that conventional thinking and expectation will just lead me into deeper disappointment. This is the truth.

Justice, after all, seems to be nothing apart from my consciousness of political reality, and that I should use my consciousness to act responsibly as much and as far as I can. Justice is what I get through my conscious and responsible action.

Reconciliation is knowing that; impunity, hate, fear, violence, apathy, duplicity and all kinds of evil that I have been trying to avoid and ‘destroy’ are a part of me.

The assassinations of Mboya, Pinto, JM, Ouko ad lib. The wagalla massacre, tribal clashes, PEV 2008, the Iraqi war, Al qaeda operations, Israeli occupation, Palestinian clamor . . . all these are, and were, because some individuals negated their responsibilities, and lost their political consciousness.
