Rank: Member Joined: 2/11/2008 Posts: 126		on today's Daily Nation there was an Ad by Uiguano wa Kirere about some plots in Isinya going for 125K. plots sold by these guyz usually appreciate steadily and fast, judging by Membley estate (2009 40X80 was 470K, now its 2M) and some other land in Juja (April 2011 40X80 was 330-400K, now its 500+K).
