Studying through a recent report published in the East Africa Medical Journal on Varsity student and condom use im left but wondering if their verdict is true,it claims that only 15% of the sexually active use condoms coz they believe condoms serve no purpose in preventing Hiv,now if such an elite class can say this then how else can we convince a villager to use a condom?.im left but wondering if you had a similar view when you were at the university(ie if).
