Hi! I am subscribed to the 3,000/- monthly unlimited package by Safaricom and am experiencing "ZERO SPEED" numerous times. It is like the link goes into hibernation and the page that is being viewed is suddenly not available. I can only resume after refreshing a number of times. Anyone with similar experiences?

safcom has issues with its NW in western Kenya. check their fbook page.
Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.
