A very well balanced article today. No politics but the truth of the matter. whats your view?

I read Jeremy Clarkson’s column in The Sunday Times last week where he was arguing that “Africans are screwed permanently until the end of this century courtesy of the Clarkesons of this world” no matter what anyone does.

That is a good article, but does the government have the guts and balls to evict all slum dwellers who live on top of pipelines and alongside the railway, i doubt.
